Aledade, a leading value-based care platform, has appointed Darren Thayne as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Josh C. Mandel, M.D., as Chief Scientist. Thayne joins Aledade from Domo, where he spent 15 years leading the company's technology team. His roles included founding technology leader, CTO, and Executive Vice President of Product. His expertise will be pivotal in scaling Aledade’s AI infrastructure to support its growing network of healthcare providers.

Dr. Mandel, a physician and software engineer, comes from Microsoft Research, where he played a key role in building open standards such as FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources). His work at Aledade will focus on external interoperability, data exchange efforts, and AI strategy.
