Adobe's latest Firefly Video Model integrates generative AI into Premiere Pro, offering tools that assist editors in conceptualizing, filling gaps, and enhancing video content, marking a significant leap in creative workflow efficiency.
Adobe has been at the forefront of integrating generative AI into creative tools, and the latest addition to their suite is no exception. The company recently announced the upcoming release of the Adobe Firefly Video Model, set to be available in beta later this year. This new model aims to revolutionize video editing workflows by leveraging AI to help editors ideate, fill gaps, and enhance existing footage.
The Adobe Firefly Video Model builds on the success of previous Firefly models used in imaging, design, and vectors. These models have already powered popular features across Creative Cloud, such as Generative Fill in Photoshop, Generative Remove in Lightroom, Generative Shape Fill in Illustrator, and Text-to-Template in Adobe Express. With over 12 billion images and vectors generated by the community, Firefly has become one of the fastest adopted technologies in Adobe’s ecosystem.
