Two tech giants join forces to bring advanced healthcare AI applications to new markets, leveraging connected data for actionable insights.
In a significant move in the global healthcare technology landscape, Innovaccer and Mastek have announced a strategic partnership aimed at accelerating the deployment of agentic healthcare AI solutions. This collaboration will see Mastek deploy and localize Innovaccer's comprehensive suite of AI applications across new and existing markets, including the U.S., U.K., Europe, and the Middle East.
Under the expanded partnership, Mastek joins Innovaccer’s Platinum GSI (Global Systems Integrator) program to expedite the rollout of Innovaccer’s healthcare AI platform. The companies emphasize that Innovaccer’s robust healthcare data and AI foundation will serve as the infrastructure for each deployment, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
Mastek CEO Umang Nahata stated, "Healthcare organizations need AI solutions that are simple, trusted, and built on connected data." He added, "Our Platinum partnership with Innovaccer strengthens Mastek’s ability to help customers turn healthcare data into actionable intelligence and accelerates our journey to become a leading AI transformation partner for the healthcare industry."
This partnership marks a significant step in Innovaccer's growth strategy. By building on its existing presence in the U.S. And Middle East, Innovaccer aims to expand into Europe and the U.K., where there is a growing demand for advanced healthcare AI solutions. Abhinav Shashank, Innovaccer CEO and co-founder, highlighted the importance of this collaboration: "When leading healthcare-focused global systems integrators independently choose to build their delivery practices around Gravity, it tells the market that this platform is trusted to carry the most complex, high-stakes healthcare transformation programs in the world."
Shashank also noted that Mastek’s four-decade institutional relationships with health systems and governments across three continents provide a strong foundation for this expansion. "Together, we are bringing autonomous healthcare operations to markets where the ambition has always been there and the right platform and delivery partner have not been until now," he said.

The partnership builds on Innovaccer's broader growth strategy and recent collaborations. For instance, in late June, Innovaccer signed a deal with another major player in the healthcare AI space, further solidifying its position as a leader in the industry.
To understand the practical implications of this partnership, consider the role of AI in modern healthcare. Abridge, for example, is an AI platform that listens to doctor-patient interactions and automatically drafts clinical notes, saving physicians hours of documentation time. This technology not only improves efficiency but also enhances the accuracy and completeness of medical records.
Innovaccer's suite of AI applications, when deployed by Mastek, will likely offer similar benefits on a larger scale. These solutions can help healthcare providers manage patient data more effectively, identify trends and patterns, and make informed decisions that improve patient outcomes. The integration of AI into clinical workflows can also reduce administrative burdens, allowing healthcare professionals to focus more on patient care.
The collaboration between Innovaccer and Mastek is not just about deploying technology; it's about transforming how healthcare is delivered. By leveraging connected data and advanced analytics, these solutions can drive meaningful improvements in healthcare quality and efficiency. As the demand for AI-driven healthcare solutions continues to grow, this partnership positions both companies at the forefront of a rapidly evolving market.
